Current relay DC
The IDRA DC current relay is a miniaturized and cost effective solution for monitoring the presence of a DC current.
The units for currents above 10 A are, in order to allow for a high continuous current, supplied with 500 mm flying leads of 2.5, 4.0 or 6.0 mm2. The current is monitored by means of a Reed Relay, and the set point is fixed.
Application: Used as input to PLC's for over or under current surveillance of DC loads or charging currents.
Single phase current relay
The current relay is designed with a microcontroller. With programmable range, function and timing it can be programmed to cover all kinds of applications.
The monitored current is fed through an internal shunt with a voltage drop of 50 mV at full range. For extreme noise immunity the voltage is then amplified in a balanced amplifier, rectified, averaged and compared with a preset reference voltage. AC and DC current between 1 mA and 10 A can be measured directly.
By means of a current transformer or a shunt resistor the range can be extended without limits.
AC strømrelæ
Strømrelæet er designet til at dække AC-strømovervågning og kontrolapplikationer – herunder differensstrømmåling (jordlækage) – i området fra 5mA til 100A. Til ekstern overvågning af den aktuelle indgang er der en 20mA udgang signal relateret til max. af det indstillede område. Differentialet kan justeres fra 1 til 50 % af den indstillede udløsningsstrøm. Ved hjælp af DIP-switche, kan selve relæfunktionen indstilles til at detektere over eller under strøm med fejlsikker relæfunktion.
Anvendes som jordafledningsrelæ – med op til 2 ledninger på 6mm2 (63A) gennem relæet – indstillingen af en 30mA grænse kan ganske enkelt gøres ved at trykke på testknap – for en 30mA fejlstrøm gennem CT’en – og justering af turpunkt for at droppe ud.
